Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 2:21 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
14,617.63 for the period ending October 16, 1981, and 1,158.32 for the
period ending October 23, 1981, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were
approved.
161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. 0 -596: Mr. Roth moved to authorize
payment of a relocation claim in an amount not to exceed $15,500 in Case No.
0 -596, as recommended in memorandum dated October 12, 1981 from Executive
Director of Community Development Norm Priest. Mr. Bay seconded the motion.
Before a vote was taken, Chairman Seymour stated in an abundance of caution he
was going to abstain from voting on authorizations to pay relocation costs.
In the future, he asked that he be provided with the names of the people and
property involved in order to ascertain if he would have a conflict of
interest.
A vote was then taken on the foregoing motion. Mr. Seymour abstained. MOTION
CARRIED.
161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. 0 -597: On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded
by Mr. Roth, relocation claim in an amount not to exceed $15,500 was author-
ized in Case No. 0 -597, as recommended in memorandum dated October 12, 1981
from the Executive Director of Community Development. Mr. Seymour abstained.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: AMENDMENT TO RELOCATION CLAIM CASE NO. ARA TB -582: Mr. Overholt
moved to authorize an amendment to relocation claim Case No. ARA TB -582 in the
amount of $4,779, for a total not to exceed $147,346.92, as recommended in
memorandum dated October 21, 1981 from the Executive Director of Community
Development. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour abstained. MOTION
CARRIED.
161.123: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO THE SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY:
On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the subject Certificate of
Completion for the dedication of streets, street improvements and the instal-
lation of public utilities within Phase I, as identified in the Scope of
Development of the Participation Agreement, was continued one week. MOTION
CARRIED.

161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 1981: On motion by
Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, the Monthly Status Report of the Redevelop-
ment Agency for the month of September 1981 was ordered received and filed.
MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Overholt moved to adjourn.
