A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:40 p.m. on March 16, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 5:30 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred until the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$50,981.91 for the week ending March 16, 1990, in accordance with the 1989 -90
budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR: The following items were acted upon by one vote; on motion
made by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency Member Daly, the following
items were approved in accordance with the reports and recommendations
furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
161.123: Approving an agreement with Oliver, Stoever, Barr and Vose to
provide legal services in connection with eminent domain proceedings.
161.123: Approving a First Amendment to Attorney Services Agreement with
King, Weiser, Edelman and Bazar for legal services for the Redevelopment
Agency; and authorizing General Counsel to the Agency to execute said
Amendment to Agreement.
Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution Nos. ARA90 -8 through ARA90 -14, both
inclusive, for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
161.107, RESOLUTION NO, ARA90 -8: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST
RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR SITE GRADING. (Contract No. G90 -01)

YEAR CONCERNING THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING FUND; AND FINDING AND

ACCOUNT OF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA; AND FINDING THAT SUCH AMOUNT IS
NECESSARY TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER EXISTING OBLIGATIONS OR IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
FOR THE ORDERLY AND TIMELY COMPLETION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROJECTS,
PROGRAMS, OR ACTIVITIES OF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA FOR THE 1988 -1989
FISCAL YEAR; AND ESTABLISHING AN INDEBTEDNESS OF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA
FOR THE 1988 -1989 FISCAL YEAR CONCERNING THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING
FUND; AND FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT LESS THAN TWENTY PERCENT (20 %) OF THE

DESCRIBED HEREIN WILL BENEFIT THE PROJECT AREAS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS.
