A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4 :00 p.m. on April 27, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 6:03 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held March 20, 1990. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion.
Agency Member Pickler abstained since he was not present on March 20, 1990.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$132,313.64, in accordance with the 1989 -90 budget, were approved.
�. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving an agreement with Barton - Aschman Associates, Inc.,
in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for traffic and transportation engineering
and planning services through June of 1991 for Project Alpha and the proposed
Plaza Redevelopment Project.
2. 161.123: Approving an agreement with The SWA Group in an Amount not to
exceed $125,000 for landscape architectural and environmental design services
through June of 1991 for Project Alpha.
This item was withdrawn by staff at this time to be resubmitted for the May 8,
1990 agenda.
3. 161.158: Authorizing payment of a relocation claim in an amount not to
exceed $16,416.15 (Case No. 880 -OR).
4. 161.157: Ratifying the action taken by the Community Redevelopment
Commission approving its Report to Council and Owner Participation and
Preference Rules; receiving and authorizing transmittal to the City Council
the proposed Redevelopment Plan, Report to City on the proposed Redevelopment
Plan, and Owner Participation and Preferences Rules; and consenting to a joint
public hearing on June 5, 1990, at 5:20 p.m. (Proposed Plaza Redevelopment
Project.)
