A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4 :30 p.m. on July 20, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:37 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$185,686.68 for the week ending July 20, 1990, in accordance with the 1990 -91
budget, were approved.
REDEVELOPMENT VIDEO PRESENTATION: The presentation was made later in the
evening during the City Council meeting.
161.123. ANAHEIM MEMORIAL MANOR - NOTICE AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT: Submitted was report dated July 10, 1990 from
the Property Services Manager, recommending approval of the subject Notice.
MOTION: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the Notice and Certificate of
Completion of Construction and Development for Anaheim Memorial Manor, and
authorizing the Executive Director of Community Development to execute the
document and arrange for its recording with the Orange County Recorder's
office. Agency Member Daly seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123. FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH ELBASANI
AND LOGAN ARCHITECTS: Submitted was report dated July 16, 1990 from the
Development Services Manager recommending approval of the subject Amendment to
Agreement.
MOTION: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the First Amendment to
Agreement with Elbasani and Logan Architects, increasing the Agreement by
$200,000 for professional architectural services necessary to implement the
urban design plan for Project Alpha. Agency Member Daly seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
