A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:45 p.m. on December 14, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 6:11 p.m.
AGENCY CLOSED SESSION:
To meet with its Attorney to discuss potential litigation. The Closed Session
was held at 4:00 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$199,639.12 for the week ending December 14, 1990, in accordance with the
1990 -91 budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency
Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 152: Authorizing and directing the Executive Director to take any and all
action she deems necessary or desirable to accommodate sale of the building at
222 South Harbor (First Interstate Bank) and /or an assignment of the
appurtenant parking lease.
2. 161: Approving revisions to the First -Time Homebuyer Down Payment
Assistance Loan Program, as recommended by the Housing Commission at their
regular meeting of December 5, 1990.
3. 123: Approving an agreement with the Arroyo Group, in the amount of
$250,000 for urban design and planning services, and authorizing the Chairman
and Secretary to execute said agreement on behalf of the Agency.
4. 161: Awarding the contract for structural steel to the lowest and best
responsible bidder, The Herrick Corporation, in the amount of $2,419,000, in
connection with the City Utilities Building (Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I).

161: Awarding the contract for glass and glazing to the lowest and best
responsible bidder, Harmon Contract W.S.A., Inc., in the amount of $1,685,300,
in connection with the city Utilities Building (Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I),
and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with terms of the award, to
award the contract to the second low bidder.
161: Awarding the contract for granite curtain wall to the lowest and best
responsible bidder, Harmon Contract W.S.A., Inc. in the amount of $1,848,500 in
connection with the City Utilities Building (Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I), and
in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, to
award the contract to the second low bidder.
