A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:55 p.m. on May 10, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:34 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 23, 1991. Agency Member Daly seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$117,726.14 for the week ending May 10, 1991, in accordance with the 1990 -91
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency
Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161: Approving the revisions to the First -Time Homebuyer Down Payment
Assistance Loan and Rehabilitation Loan Program by amending the program
boundaries, revising the criteria for participation, and authorizing the use of
a maximum 30% of available program funds for Affordable Condominium Program as
approved by the Agency.
2. 175: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder,
Cabrillo Hoist and Crane, in the amount of $119,040 for manlift in connection
with the City Building - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I.
175: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, D. V.
Troyer Co., in the amount of $83,981 for waterproofing in connection with the
City Building - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I, and in the event said low bidder
fails to comply with the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the
second low bidder.
175: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Mark
Beamish Waterproofing, in the amount of $59,706 for roofing and waterproofing
in connection with the City Building Parking Structure - Koll Anaheim Center,
Phase I, and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the
award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder.

175: Rejecting all bids received for the glass /glazing and flooring portions
in connection with the City Building and City Building Parking Structure - Koll
Anaheim Center, Phase I.
175: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Durand
Door Corporation, in the amount of $294,904 for millwork in connection with the
City Building and City Building Parking Structure - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase
I, and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the
award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder.
175: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Johnson
and Turner Painting Company, in the amount of $231,669 for painting in
connection with the City Building and City Building Parking Structure - Koll
Anaheim Center, Phase I, and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with
the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder.
175: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Charles
McCandless Tile Contractor, Inc., in the amount of $163,523 for ceramic tile in
connection with the City Building and Pacific Bell Parking Structure - Koll
Anaheim Center, Phase I, and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with
the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Daly
