A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4:05 p.m. on August 9, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 9:58 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$204,486.31 for the week ending August 9, 1991, in accordance with the 1991 -92
Budget, were approved.
MOTION: Agency Member Hunter moved the following for approval:
1. 161: Awarding the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder,
Automation and Protection Systems, Inc., in the amount of $74,890 for parking
control equipment for the Pacific Bell Parking Structure - Koll Anaheim Center,
Phase I; and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the
award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder, as well as waiving any
irregularities in the bids of both the low and second low bidders.
175: Awarding the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder,
Automation and Protection Systems, Inc., in the amount of $56,420 for parking
control equipment for the City Building Parking Structure - Koll Anaheim
Center, Phase I; and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the
terms of the award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder, as well as
waiving any irregularities in the bids of both the low and second low bidders.
175: Awarding the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Durand
Door Corp., in the amount of $27,100 for carpentry and finish hardware for the
City Building and City Building Parking Structure - Koll Anaheim Center,
Phase I; and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the
award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder, as well as waiving any
irregularities in the bids of both the low and second low bidders.
175: Awarding the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder,
Bollinger Door and Frame Co., in the amount of $289,988 for millwork for the
City Building - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I; and in the event said low bidder
fails to comply with the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the
second low bidder, as well as waiving any irregularities in the bids of both
the low and second low bidders.
The above awards were recommended in memorandum dated August 5, 1991 from the

Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
2. 161: CONTINUED JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY /CITY COUNCIL:
To consider a Third Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement by
and between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Koll Anaheim Center
Associates, a California Limited Partnership, indicating the terms and
conditions of the sale of certain real property within Redevelopment Project
Alpha (subject property is roughly bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim and
Harbor Boulevards, Broadway, and Oak Street).
Agency and Council resolutions are proposed making certain environmental
findings with respect to the Third Amendment to the Disposition and Development
Agreement between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Koll Anaheim Center
Associates as well as approving the Third Amendment to Disposition and
Development Agreement between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Koll Anaheim
Center Associates. City Clerk Sohl announced that staff recommends a
contivance of the joint public hearing to Tuesday, August 13, 1991 at 5:00 p.m.
The public hearing was continued from the meeting of August 6, 1991, to this
date (see minutes that date).
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS MET BY:
Publication in Anaheim Bulletin July 13, July 20, and July 27, 1991.
Chairman Hunter noted that staff has requested a further continuance of the
public hearing to August 20, 1991 at 5:00 p.m. He asked if anyone was present
in opposition; there was no response.
Agency Member Pickler moved to continue the subject public hearing to Tuesday,
August 20, 1991 at 5:00 p.m. Agency Member Simpson seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Daly
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:00 p.m.)
