A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:40 p.m. on September 6, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:26 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held July 9, and July 16, 1991. Agency Member Daly seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$618,278.98 for the period ending August 30, 1991 and $34,988.44 for the period
ending September 6, 1991, in accordance with the 1991 -92 Budget, were approved.
1. 161: SIGNAGE PLAN - PACIFIC BELL OFFICE BUILDING "KOLL ANAHEIM CENTER ":
Approving the proposed signage plan for the Pacific Bell Office Building (Koll
Anaheim Center).
Submitted was report dated August 30, 1991, from the Community Development
Department recommending approval of the proposed signage plan for the subject
building.
Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development stated that the
signage plan was included in the Agency Agenda packet and also posted on the
Chamber wall. Staff recommends approval.
MOTION: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the proposed signage plan for
the Pacific Bell Office building "Koll Anaheim Center" as recommended in report
dated August 30, 1991. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
2. 161: ANAHEIM PLAZA NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT - APPROVAL OF PROPOSED DEVELOPER:
Approving Donahue Schriber as the developer to assist in devising a plan for
the Anaheim Plaza site as requested by the O'Connor Group.
Submitted was report dated August 29, 1991, from the Community Development
Department recommending approval of Donahue Schriber as the developer.

MOTION: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve Donahue Schriber as the
developer to assist in devising a plan for the Anaheim Plaza site as requested
by the O'Connor Group and as recommend in report dated August 29, 1991, from
the Community Development Department. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
A3. 161: CONTINUED JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY /CITY COUNCIL:
To consider a Third Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement by
and between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Roll Anaheim Center
Associates, a California Limited Partnership, indicating the terms and
conditions of the sale of certain real property within Redevelopment Project
Alpha (subject property is roughly bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim and
Harbor Boulevards, Broadway, and Oak Street).
The public hearing was continued from the meetings of August 6, 1991 (Item D1),
August 13, 1991 (Item Agency 2), August 20, 1991 (Item Agency 2), and
August 27, 1991 (Item Agency 2) to this date.
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS MET BY:
Publication in Anaheim Bulletin July 13, July 20, and July 27, 1991.
Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development. Staff is again
asking for a continuance of the public hearing since they are having
difficulties getting the final documents. She recommended that the hearing be
continued to the next regular meeting.
Chairman Hunter asked if anyone was present opposed to the requested
continuance; there was no response.
Agency Member Pickler moved to continue the subject joint public hearing to
Tuesday, September 24, 1991 at 5:00 p.m., Agency Member Hunter seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn, Agency Member Daly
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:30 p.m.)
