Chairman Thom called the Regular Meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:35 P.Mo
MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Thom, seconded by Mr. Seymour, minutes of
the regular Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held June 29, 1976,
were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
REPORT - FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY:
Demands against the Anaheim Housing Authority in the amount of
$2,642.25, in accordance with the 1975 -76 Budget, were approved.
HUD SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - REVISION TO POLICIES AND
PROCEDUR!" GOVERNING ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF FAMILY PARTICIPATION: �+
Mr. Mattessich briefly summarized the contents of his revised
statemeTi't of policy for the issuance of certificates of family
participat -ion, existing housing, under the HUD Section 8 Housing
Assistance Program (copies furnished each Authority Member). He
advised the revision is designed to further insure that all Anaheim
residents shall be eligible for certificates before non - residents,
to consolidate into one category the priorities pertaining to hous-
ing needsand to reshape policies and procedures so that they may
conform to the revised HUD regulations effective May 13, 1976.
No action was taken by the Housing Authority.
