Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1 :10 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the
minutes for the regular meeting held September 21, 1976, were
approved. Mr. -Thom abstained. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Kott absent.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the
amount of $20,884.35, in accordance with the 1976 -77 budget,
were approved.
AMENDED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT FOR SECTION 8 A resolution
was presented authorizing execution of the amended Annual Contribu-
tion Contract for Section 8 existing housing program.

Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. AHA76 -4, duly passed and
adopted.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY BY -LAWS In accor-
dance with Authority By -Laws, Deputy City Attorney Slaughter presente
notice of a proposed change as to the appointment of an Executive
Director.
On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded and Mr. Roth, the notice of the
proposed amendment to the Anaheim Housing Authority By -Laws was
accepted as presented. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Kott absent. MOTION
CARRIED:
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded
the motion. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Kott absent. MOTION CARRIED,
