Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes
for the regular meeting held April 19, 1977, were approved. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $45,436.04, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN STAFF MEMBERS TO EXECUTE HOUSING ASSIS-
TANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACTS Mr. Priest recommended adoption of a reso-
lution authorizing the Housing Coordinator,along with the Executive
Director and Housing Manager, to execute Housing Assistance Payments
Contracts in order to maximize the efficiency and minimize the amount
of time it takes to process the contracts. He further noted that the
maximum amount authorized has been increased from $325, which was indi-
cated on the original Resolution No. CDC75 -44, to $500.
In answer to question of Mrs. Kaywood, Housing Coordinator Lisa Stipko-
vich replied that the $500 is more in line with current and anticipated
fair market rentals and that presently a 4- bedroom unit rents for
approximately $379 per month.
Mr. Seymour offered Resolution No. AHA77 -5 for adoption:

Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. AHA77 -5 duly passed and adopted.
AUTHORIZATION FOR INTERMEDIATE CLERK: Following recommendation of th
Executive Director, Mr. Thom moved to authorize an Intermediate Clerk
position, presently EDA funded, to a regular Housing Authority position
as of May 5, 1977.' Mr. Seymour seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mr. Thom seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
