Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meeting held
May 10, 1977 was deferred one week.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $1,204.87, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved.
HOUSING DIRECTOR'S REPORT - APRIL 1977 On motion by Mr. Roth,
seconded by Mr. Thom, the Housing Director's Report dated May 9, 1977,
covering the month of April 1977, was received and filed. MOTION
CARRIED.
FAIR MARKET RENTS FOR SECTION 8 HAPP - EXISTING Following recom-
mendation of staff, Mr. Seymour moved that a letter to the Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development from the Housing Authorities
of Anaheim, County of Orange, Garden Grove and Santa Ana requesting
reconsideration of those fair market rents for Section 8 RAPP --
Existing Housing, as proposed in the Federal Register of May 4,
1977, be approved, and that the Mayor be authorized to sign said
letter on behalf of the Anaheim.Housing Authority. (copy on file
in the City Clerk's Office)
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
