Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the
minutes for the regular meetings held July 19 and 26, 1977 were
approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the
amount of 1,015.54, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were
approved.
177.174 ORANGE COUNTY FAIR HOUSING COUNCIL AGREEMENT: Mr. Priest
recommended approval of the agreement with the Orange County Fair
Housing Council for a one time fee of $5 per certificate holder
counseled from July 1, 1976 to October 1, 1977 (HUD funds). He
advised that the proposed agreement is in accordance with the con-
ditions as presented to the Authority at their meeting of June 22
1976 and that the Orange County Fair Housing Council has provided
this service since July 1, 1976.
Housing Manager Lisa Stipkovich noted that the Housing Commission
has indicated their.approval of the agreement.
Mr. Bill McCue was present on behalf of the Orange County Fair
Housing Council and in answer to questions of Authority Members,
advised of the various services provided for the $5 fee to holders
of Authority certificates.
Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. AHA77 -8 for adoption..

AUTHORITY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY FAIR HOUSING COUNCIL.

The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA77 -8 duly passed and
adopted.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
