Chairman Thom called the Regular Meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order at 1:00 P.M.
MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mr. Thom, minutes of the
regular Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meetings held July 13, 20, 27
and August 3, 1976, and adjourned regular meeting3 held July 1 (as
corrected) and 14,- 1976, were approved. Mrs. Kaywood abstained
from voting on the August 3, 1976, minutes. MOTION CARRIED.
REPORT - FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY:
Demands against the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency in the amount of
$7,928.68, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved.
STEERING COMMITTEE REPORT: It was reported by Mr. Seymour that the
Redevelopment steering committee was proceeding with interviews for
an Executive Director, and expected to be ready to make recommen-
dations to the Agency in approximately one week.
In addition, Mr. Seymour advised that the committee had met
with representatives of the E1 Camino Bank, 203 East Lincoln Ave-
nue, and in response to question by Mr. Kott, he reported that
this organization desires to locate within the area of Redevelop-
ment Project Alpha, and it was his impression that they preferred
a location near the future civic center, and also near their
present location.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
