Chairman Pro Tem Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:04 p.m.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes
for the regular meetings held August 24, 31, and September 7, 1976
and adjourned regular meeting held August 25, 1976, were approved.
Chairman Thom absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $49,666.02, in accordance with the 1976 -77 budget, were
approved.
CONSULTANTS FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY Mr. Roth requested.
that the report and recommendation from the Community Redevelopment
Commission regarding consultants for acquisition of real property
be held over for action by a full agency.
On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the report and
recommendation of the Community Redevelopment Commission was held
over for two weeks. Chairman Thom absent. MOTION CARRIED.
YROPERTY ACQUISITION, 207 SOUTH CLAUDINA AND 136 EAST LINCOLN
Community Development Director Fernald requested authorization to
proceed with acquisition of the following properties:

South Claudina
(Copeland)
2)
136
East Lincoln
(Schultz)
The Community Redevelopment Commission reviewed these proposed
property acquisitions and took no action, thereby indicating no
objection.
In accordance with Resolution No. CDC76 -7, the Agency took no action,
thereby authorizing staff to proceed with the acquisition of proper-
ties located at 207 South Claudina and 136 East Lincoln.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Kott
seconded the motion. Chairman Thom absent. MOTION CARRIED.
