Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order at 1:03 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes
for the regular meetings held September 14 and 21, 1976, were
approved. Mr. Thom abstained from voting on September 21, 1976
minutes. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Kott absent. MOTION CARRIED.

amount of $5,824.99, in accordance with the 1976 -77 budget, were
approved.
PROPERTY ACQUISITION - 125 SOUTH CLAUDINA, 4641 EAST LA PALMA AND
512 EAST LINCOLN Community Development Director Fernald presented
and reviewed requests for authorization to proceed with acquisition
of the following properties:
1) 125 South Claudina and 270' north of Broadway (206 S. Clau-
dina) - William C. Stookey and Dan Heil.
2) 4641 East La Palma - Harold E. Graham, et al.
3) 512 East Lincoln Avenue - Paul Giordano, et ux.
The Community Redevelopment Commission reviewed these proposed pro-
perty acquisitions and took no action, thereby indicating no objection.
In accordance with Resolution No. CDC76 -7, the Agency took no action,
thereby authorizing staff to proceed with the acquisition of those
properties located at 125 South Claudina & 270' north of Broadway;
4641 East La Palma; and 512 East Lincoln Avenue.
PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT ALPHA Following a short presentation by Deputy City Attorney
Slaughter, Mr. Roth offered Resolution No. ARA76 -19 for adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, ARA76 -19: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY RECEIVING THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA AND AUTHO-
PMING TRANSMITTAL TO THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE
PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BY -LAWS: In
accordance with Anaheim Redevelopment Agency By -Laws, Deputy City
Attorney Slaughter presented notice of proposed change as to the
appointment of an Executive Director.
On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs, Kaywood, the .notice of the
proposed amendment to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency By -Laws was
accepted,, as presented. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Kott absent. MOTION
CARRIED,
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Kott absent. MOTION
CARRIED.
