Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1 :05 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom, the minutes
for the regular meetings held November 16 and 23, 1976, were approved.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $10,012.06 for this period, in accordance with the 1976 -77
Budget, were approved.
FISCAL YEAR 1.976 -77 REDEVELOPMENT BUDGET - 7 MONTHS: Executive Direc-
tor Norman J. Priest presented and reviewed the Redevelopment Budget
for the remaining seven months of the 1976 -77 fiscal year bringing
the total budget amount to $10,112,446, noting that the staffing por-
tion is included and is at the same level as the actual 1975 -76
positions with the exception of Executive Director and Secretary to
the Project Area Committee. The Redevelopment Commission has recom-
mended approval.
Mr. Seymour moved to adopt the Redevelopment Budget for the remaining
seven months of the 1976 -77 fiscal year. Mr. Thom seconded the motion.
Mr. Seymour further commended Mr. Priest for his efforts in reducing
the staff level from that originally proposed in the budget last June.
Following recommendation of the City Attorney, Mr. Seymour moved to
amend his motion to approve and refer to City Council for appropriate
action the Redevelopment Budget for the remaining seven months of the
1976- 77_fiscal year. Mr. Roth seconded the amended motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth second-
ed the motion. MOTION CARRIED. „--%
