ASSEMBLY BILL 35 (MONTOYA) REDEVELOPMENT Agency Member Kaywood
noted that Assembly Bill 35 would be coming up before the Assembly
for final vote on Thursday and asked if the Agency would be taking
any action on this Bill.
Mr. Priest replied that following his review of the Bill, the only
*— point of objection he had was the one dealing with referendum and
their legislative advocate has been so informed. He felt that the
rest of the provisions are basically things that most agencies are
or should be doing anyway.
