Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes
for the regular meeting held May 3, 1977, were approved. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of 6,489.55, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were
approved.
McDANIEL AND ASSOCIATES - AGREEMENT Following recommendation of Mr.
Priest to approve an agreement with McDaniel and Associates for
engineering services in connection with the Shape.11 Government
Housing site, Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. ARA77 -34 for adoption.

Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. ARA77 -34 duly passed and adopted.
WORK ORDER NO. 1692 - AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BT.DS: Mr. Priest
recommended approval of the demolition and site clearance of the
following Agency -owned properties:

(1) 117 North Claudina
(2) 114 North Anaheim Boulevard
(3) 118 North Emily
,..., (4) The existing parking lot bounded by Chartres on the
north, the alley north of Lincoln on the south, Emily
Street on the east and Claudina Street on the west.
(5) Emily Street from Chartres south to the north side of
the alley located north of and parallel to Lincoln Ave-
nue between Emily Street and Philadelphia Street.
Following inquiry by Mr. Seymour relative to a possible conflict, the
City Attorney advised that, as a matter of caution, Mr. Seymour
abstain from voting on this matter.
Mr. Roth offered Resolution No. ARA77 -35 for adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -35 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY
PROPERTIES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF THE AGENCY
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS FOR SAID DEMOLITION AND
CLEARANCE. (Bids to be opened June 9, 1977, 2 :00 p.m.)

RELOCATION CLAIM - CASE NO. ARA 10 -T -B: Upon request of the Execu-
tive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved to continue Relocation Claim, Case
No. ARA 10- T -B,for two weeks. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
