Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order.
MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meetings held
June 21 and 28, 1977, was deferred one week.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $6,646. in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were
approved.

Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the claim for damages submitted by
Temple of Inspired Living for damages sustained purportedly as a
result of Agency interference with Lease - Option Agreement and unlaw-
fully opposing petition for conditional use permit was rejected.
140TION CARRIED.
In accordance with further recommendation of the City Attorney,
Mrs. Kaywood moved that said claim be referred to Carl Warren and
Company for investigation. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
RE_ CESS: Upon request of the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved to
recess into Executive Session to be held at the conclusion of the
Anaheim Housing Authority meeting. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED. (1 :02 p.m.)
AFTER RECESS Chairman Thom called the meeting to order, all Agency
members being present. (1 :20 p.m.)

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
