Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mr. Thom, the minutes
for the regular meeting held October 18, 1977, were approved with a
clarification phrase,.requested by Mrs. Kaywood, indicating con-
struction of the temporary mini -mall could be accomplished without
removing the trees adjacent to the Library. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $48,203.14, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were
approved.
161.123: PORT & FLOR, INC. - INCREASE IN MAXIMUM COMPENSA
Following recommendation and explanation of the Executive Director,
Mr. Seymour offered Resolution No. ARA77 -83 authorizing an increase
in the maximum compensation, from $50,000 to $125,000, payable to
Port & Flor, Inc. pursuant to agreement for relocation services
dated March 8, 1977.

The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA77 -83 duly passed and adopted.
161.123: EMPLOYMENT OF ARCHITECT FOR REMODELING SERVICES Follow-
ing recommendation of the Executive Director, Mr. Seymour moved to
authorize employment of an architect for the remodeling of a portion
,i of the interior of the E1 Camino Bank building for use by the
Community Development Department, subject to Agency approval of the
architect selected. Mr. Thom seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
