Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meeting held
December 13, 1977, was deferred one week.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $286,123.25, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were
approved.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - NOVEMBER 1977 On motion by Mr. Roth,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Monthly Status Report dated December 14,
1977, covering Redevelopment activities for the month of November 1977,
was received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
161: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - JUNE 30, 1977 On motion by Mr. Kott,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the financial statements for the period
ending June 30, 1977 were received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: PACIFIC SOUTHWEST REALTY COMPANY - SECURITY PACIFIC BANK
PRELIMINARY CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS In accordance with the Disposition
and Development Agreement with Pacific Southwest Realty Company, Mr.
Priest presented for approval, the preliminary construction drawings
and the preliminary landscape plan for the Security Pacific Bank to
be located at the southeast corner of Lincoln and Harbor. He also
noted that representatives from Security Pacific Bank were present
to answer any questions.
On motion by Mr. Thom, seconded by Mr. Kott, the preliminary construc-
tion drawings and the preliminary landscape plan for the Security
Pacific Bank were approved. MOTION CARRIED.

161: RELOCATION CLAIM - CASE NO. 175 -0 In accordance with the recom-
mendation of the Executive Director and, on motion by Mr. Thom, second-
ed by Mrs. Kaywood, payment of residential Relocation Case No. 175 -0
was authorized in an amount not to exceed $16,000. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: CITY OF ANAHEIM - ACQUISITION AND SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Following explanation and recommendation of the Executive Director,
Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. ARA77 -100 authorizing an agreement
with the City for acquisition and sale of real property located on
the east side of Helena Street, between Oak and Chestnut Streets, to
provide a temporary site for a project participant.

161.158: DISPOSITION OF A GENCY -OWNED PROPERTY - CIVIC CENTE PURPOSES
Following recommendation of the Executive Director and, on motion by
Mr. Thom, seconded by Mr. Seymour, the Agency Secretary was authorized
to fix a date and time for a public hearing to consider the disposi-
tion of Agency -owned property to the City for Civic Center purposes.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.118: CLAIMS Following recommendation of City Attorney William P.
Hopkins, Mr. Thom offered Resolution No. ARA77 -101.
