A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-121 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR CLASSES FOR SELECTED UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff report
dated June 8, 1993, that Resolution No. 92R-121 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective June 18, 1993; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
92R-121 which established rates of compensation for unrepresented part-time Job
classification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
~ as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 92R-121 be amended as follows:
Effective June 18, 1993 through February 3, 1994, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Head Usher - Stadium 1125 E
Effective February 4, 1994, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be
employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following
salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 92R-121 is June 18, 1993.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
92R-121 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 2~dday of June, 1993.
