Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting held September 19,
1978, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of 336,450.01 through September 26, 1978, and 936.91
through October 3, 1978, in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget,
were approved.
REPORT - DECLARATION OF ASSETS, PROJECT ALPHA AREA: The Agency
Secretary announce that- Mr. Gerald Bus ore, recent Planning ..
Commission appointee, had submitted a letter declaring no real
property interests within the Project Alpha area, in accordance
with the State of California Health and Safety Code, Section 33130.
AWARD OF BID - NEW ROOF AND ROOF WALK, 211 EAST LINCOLN AVENUE
(TOTAL CONTRACT MAINTEN NCE, INC.): In accordance with the recom-
mendation by the Executive Director, Norman Priest, Mrs. Kaywood
offered Resolution No. ARA78 -107 for adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA -107: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE
LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR THE REPAIR OF ROOF AND INSTALLATION OF
ROOF WALK, 211 EAST LINCOLN AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CONTRACT NO. RR78 -1.

161.158: RELOCATION COSTS, CASE NO. 396 - On motion by Mrs.
Kaywood, seconded y Mr. Overholt, the An eim Redevelopment Agency
authorized payment of relocation costs, not to exceed $116,411, in
Case No. 396 -TB. MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: RELOCATION COSTS, CASE NO. 207 -TB: On motion by Mr. Roth,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency authorized
payment of relocation costs, not to exceed $36,534.24, in Case No.
207 -TB. MOTION CARRIED.
161: BIENNIAL PUBLIC HEARING - REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA REDEVELOP-
MENT PLAN: In accordance with the recommendation of the Executive
Director, Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. ARA78 -108 for adoption,
authorizing the Agency Secretary to establish the date and time for
the public hearing, to review the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment
Project Alpha and evaluate its progress, and further directing the
Secretary to publish and post notice of said hearing at the time and
in the manner as required by law.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA78 -108: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY U ORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DATE FOR THE BIENNIAL PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA AND
PUBLICATION AND POSTING OF NOTICE THEREFOR. (November 14, 1978, 1:00 P.M.;

RECESS - EXECUTIVE SESSION: At the request of the Executive Director,
Mr. Kott moved to recess into Executive Session. Mr. Roth seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:15 P.M.)
AFTER RECESS: Chairman Seymour called the meeting to order, all
Agency em ers being present. (1:30 P.M.)
161.121: FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION - CASE NO. 26- 34 -95: On the
recommendation ot the Executive Director, Mr. Kott move that special
counsel to the Redevelopment Agency, Oliver, Stoever and Laskin be
authorized to make settlement in the amount of $138,000, and to pre-
pare and file a Final Order of Condemnation in Case No. 26- 34 -95.
Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim — Re evelopment Agency, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
