94-037 RESOLUTION NO. 94R - 37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
MASTER PLAN FOR SEWERS PERTAINING
TO THE SOUTH CENTRAL AREA
OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on May 11, 1993, adopt
Resolution No. 93R-73, which resolution did adopt the Master Plan
for sewers pertaining to the South Central Area of Anaheim; and,
WHEREAS, additional studies make it necessary and
desirable to amend the Master Plan For Sewers pertaining to the
South Central Area of Anaheim; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does hereby amend the Master Plan for Sewers by adopting the
South Central Area Sewer Deficiency Study - First Revision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
maintain in the office of the City Clerk a copy of the South
Central Area Sewer Deficiency Study - First Revision.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of March
1994.
