A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -89
NUNC PRO TUNC BY CORRECTING THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY THEREIN CONTAINED.

WHEREAS, on the 29th day of November, 1977, the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did adopt Resolution No. ARA77 -89,
which resolution did authorize the Condemnation of certain real
property therein described; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the legal description of the property sought to be condemned
was incorrectly set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to correct said Resolution No. ARA77 -89
nunc pro tune to reflect the correct legal description of the
property sought to be condemned; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that it amend, and it does hereby amend,
Resolution No. ARA77 -89, nurse pro tune, to correct the legal
description of the property sought to be condemned, by
amending Section III of said Resolution, nunc pro tune, to
read in its entirety as follows:
SECTION III That the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire by condem-
nation in the name of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
be used for said elimination of blight and for redevelop -
ment purposes in accordance with the provisions of the
Code of Civil Procedure, the Health and Safety Code, and
the Constitution of California relating to eminent domain,
the fee title to the following described real property,
unless a lesser estate is expressly described, excepting
and reserving to the owners thereof all oil, gas and
mineral substances, together with the right to explore for
and extract such substances, provided that the surface
opening of any well, hole, shaft, or other means of
exploring for, reaching or extracting such substances
shall not be located within the City of Anaheim redevelop-
ment project ALPHA as recorded in Book 10812, Page 27, of
Orange County Records, State of California and shall not
penetrate any part or portion of said project area within
500 feet of the surface thereof.

The said real property or interest in real property
is generally located and described as follows:
156 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim
200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim
The said real property or interest in real property
is more specifically described as:
PARCEL 1:
Lot 39 and 401n Block A of the Center Tract,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 14,
Page 13, Miscellaneous Records, in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California.
PARCEL 2:
The Southerly 0.06 feet of Lot 13 in Block A of
a subdivision of the Northerly part of Block A
of the Center Tract in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 3, Page 22.of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said county.
TOGETHER with all of Grantors right, title and
interest in and to that portion of the alley
adjoining said parcels 1 and 2 on the east that
would pass with a legal conveyance of said land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. ARA77 -89
remain in full force and effect, except as amended by this
resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 27th day of December
197.
