A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI`n REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN A"SEND1 ENT
TO AGREET'-R.ENT WITH PEP:SICO BUILDING SERVICES, INC.
AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has
previously entered into an agreement whereby Pepsico Building
Services, Inc. would prepare a temporary shopping center site;
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend certain provisions
of said agreement; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "First Amendment to
Contract for Lease of Modular Units and Preparation of Site"
has been prepared; and
v,THEREAS, the terms and conditions of the First
Amendment are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.

BE IT RESOLjD that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said
First Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
