A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOI'[.ENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF AI \t EASE-
MENT TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOP. PUBLIC ROAD,
UTILITY AND PEDESTRIAN PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has entered
a Disposition and Development Agreement for the development of a
senior citizens' housing complex; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to provide public
circulation around and to said complex and to surrounding public
uses; and
WHEREAS, a deed has been prepared whereby the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does convey an easement for pedestrian pur-
poses, public alley, public utilities and incidental purposes to
the City of Anaheim; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize the conveyance of
said easement to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
deed on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THIS RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim
Redevelopment agency this 27th day of December, 1977.
