ARA1977-101RESOLUTION NO. ARA77- 101
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE AGENCY GENERAL COUNSEL OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO DETERMINE THE SUFFICIENCY OF CLAIMS
SUBMITTED AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, Section 910.8 of the Government Code permits
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to give written notice of the
insufficiency of a claim to the claimant; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency may designate
a person to determine the sufficiency of a claim; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to designate the Agency
General Counsel or his designee as the person to determine the
sufficiency of claims pursuant to Section 910.8 of the
Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Agency General
Counsel or his designee be, and he is hereby, designated pursuant
to Section 910.8 of the Government Code, the person to determine
the sufficiency of claims presented to the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Agency General Counsel
or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized to give written
notice of the insufficiency of a claim when, in his opinion,
said claim fails to meet the requirements of Sections 910 and
910.2 of the Government Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 20th day of December ,
1977.
