A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF
THE AGENCY TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED PROPOSALS FOR SAID DEMOLITION AND
CLEARANCE. (Acct. #52 -4147- 973 -11 -0000)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
(hereinafter "Agency ") is in need of demolition and site
clearance of certain Agency properties, to wit:

(hereinafter "Properties "); and
WHEREAS, Section 33422 of the Health and Safety
Code requires demolition work in excess of Two Thousand,
Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) be done by contract after
competitive bidding; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has
prepared specifications (hereinafter "Specifications ") for
the demolition and clearance of Properties, which
Specifications are acceptable to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Secretary
of the Agency be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed
to publish a notice inviting sealed proposals for the
furnishing of all plant, labor, services, materials and
equipment, and all utilities and transportation, including
power, fuel and water, and performing all work necessary to
complete in a good and workmanlike manner in strict
accordance with Specifications, said demolition and site
clearance of Properties hereinabove mentioned and described
and fixing the 29th day of December , 1977, at the
hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. as the date and hour for opening
said bids at the City Council Chamber in the City Hall in
the City of Anaheim, and that said notice shall be published
twice, the first of which publications shall be at least ten
(10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids and
that said publications shall be at least five (5) days apart.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the successful bidder
shall be required to enter into a contract with the Agency
for the demolition and site clearance of Properties in
accordance with Specifications, the notice inviting sealed
proposals, this Resolution and all applicable laws, statutes
and ordinances of the City of Anaheim and State of
California, and shall be required to post bonds and insurance
in the amounts and within the time required by law, as
specified in the notice inviting sealed proposals, and in a
form approved by the General Counsel of the Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of December , 197 7
