A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CERTIFYING THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE
INITIAL STUDY CONDUCTED AND PREPARED BY THE
AGENCY STAFF ON THE PROPOSED "COOPERATION AGREE -
MENT NUMBER FIVE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS" BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM A14D THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY HAS BEEN REVIEti ^TED AND CONSIDERED; AND
FINDING THAT SAID COOPERATION AGREEMENT WILL NOT
HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND
THAT A SUBSEQUENT EIR NEED NOT BE PREPARED.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the
"Agency ") has prepared an Initial Study of the environmental
impacts of the proposed "Cooperation Agreement Number Five
for the Construction and Installation of Public Improvements"
(hereinafter "Agreement ") between the City of Anaheim and
the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the
environmental information contained therein; and
WHEREAS, said Initial Study conforms to the require-
ments of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970
( §21000, et seq., Public Resources Code), the "Guidelines for
the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act
of 1970," as amended, adopted by the Secretary for Resources
as Section 15000 et seq., of Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3
of the Administrative Code, and the Amended Procedures for
Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of
1970 adopted by resolution of the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby certifies that the information
contained in the Initial Study has been reviewed and considered
by the members of the Agency Board.
2. The Agency hereby approves and adopts the Initial
Study with respect to the implementation of the proposed
"Cooperation Agreement Number Five for the Construction and
Installation of Public Improvements" between the City of
Anaheim and the Agency.

3. The Agency hereby finds and determines with respect
to the implementation of the proposed "Cooperation Agreement
Number Five for the Construction and Installation of Public
Improvements" that no substantial changes are proposed in the
Redevelopment Project, or with respect to the circumstances
under which the Project is to be undertaken, which will require
major revisions in the Environmental Impact Reports previously
adopted for the Project due to the involvement of new environ-
mental impacts not covered in said previous Environmental
Impact Reports; that no Subsequent or Supplement to the EIR
is necessary or required; and that the proposed implementation
of such "Cooperation Agreement Number Five for the Construction
and Installation of Public Improvements" will have no significant
affect on the environment, except as identified and considered
in the previous EIRs.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 6th day of December ,
1977.
