A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPr ENT
AGE14CY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST X TO AGREEMENT WITH
W & D COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, INC., AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AIMEND_ -METIT .
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to
extend the period of negotiations set forth in a negotiation agree-
ment; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement entitled "First
Amendment to Agreement for Exclusive Right to Negotiate" has been
prepared whereby the period of negotiation is extended; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First Amendment
to Agreement are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of a First Amendment to Agreement with W & D Commercial
Properties, Inc., are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
First Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency.
