A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE CER-
TAIN AGENCY PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
A BILL OF SALE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain fixtures and equipment (asset forth in Exhibit A attached
hereto) in conjunction with the Agency's acquisition of real
property; and
WHEREAS, said fixtures and equipment are not needed for
any Agency purpose; and
WHEREAS, a notice inviting sealed bids for said fixtures
and equipment was published in the local newspaper and mailed to
numerous potential purchasers; and
WHEREAS, two sealed bids were received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency does Thereby accept the offer to purchase said fixtures
and equipment for $4,225.00 from Kohn Megibow Co., Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute a bill of
sale for said fixtures and equipment on behalf of the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency.
