A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*- OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JOHN HARRIS AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of architectural services for remodelling of portions of the
E1 Camino Bank Building at 203 East Lincoln Avenue; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Archi-
tectural Services" (hereinafter Agreement) has been prepared
whereby John Harris will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Terms and
Conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 8th day of November,
1977. 14
