A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A CONTRACT FOR LEASE OF MODULAR UNITS
AND PREPARATION OF SITE.
( Pepsico Building Systems, Inc.)
WHEREAS, AGENCY desires to develop a temporary shopping
center for displacees of properties acquired for redevelopment
purposes; ana
WHEREAS, said temporary shopping center is to be located
on Harbor Boulevard between the Police Department Building and the
Main Public Library; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Contract for Lease of
Modular Units and Preparation of Site" (hereinafter "Agreement ")
has been prepared whereby Pepsico Building Systems, Inc., will pre-
pare the site of the temporary shopping center and provide modular
units thereon; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that the terms and conditions of an Agreement with
Pepsico Building Systems, Inc. concerning leasing of modular units
and preparation of site for a temporary shopping center be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
