A RESOLUTION OF THE A NAHEIM REDEVELOP ' NT
AGENCY APPROVING AN INCREASE IN THE MAXII -?UM,
COIRPENSATION PAYABLE TO PORT AND FLOR, INC.
WHEREAS, by agreement dated March 8, 1977, the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did engage Port and Flor, Inc.
to provide relocation services to the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; and
WHEREAS, Section III of Agreement provides that
the maximum compensation payable by Agency is $50
without prior approval by resolution of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to permit
an increase in the maximum compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby approve an increase in
the maximum compensation payable to Port and Flor, Inc.
pursuant to said Agreement to X125,000.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 25th day of
October , 1977.
