A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY DETERMINING CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
TO BE OF BENEFIT TO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA
PROJECT AREA AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT NUMBER
FOUR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF
IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (the "City ") is
undertaking certain public improvements in the Redevelopment
Project Alpha Project area; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such public improvements
is necessary for the execution of Redevelopment Project Alpha
under the provisions of the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Health and Safety Code, Sections 33000 et seq.) and
pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project
Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to
pay the City for the net cost of such public improvements, the
terms and conditions of such payment being contained in that
certain "Cooperation Agreement Number Four for the Construction
and Installation of Public Improvements (hereinafter
"Agreement ") between the City and the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Section 33+45 of the California Health and
Safety Code provides that before the Agency may proceed to pay
the City for the net cost of such public improvements, the City
must consent to such payment, the Agency and the City must make
certain findings and determinations with respect to the issue
of benefit to the Project and the City must also find and
determine that no other reasonable means of financing such
improvements are available to the community; and
WHEREAS, the Agency staff, has prepared an Initial
Study with respect to said Agreement and the Agency has found
and determined that no substantial changes are proposed in the
Project, or with respect to the circumstances under which the
Project is to be undertaken, which will require major revisions
in the Environmental Impact Reports previously adopted for the
Project due to the involvement of new environmental impacts
not covered in said previous Environmental Impact Reports; and

that no Subsequent or Supplement to EIR is necessary or
required; and that the implementation of said Agreement will
not have a significant effect on the environment except as
identified and considered in the previous Environmental
Impact Reports.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that the construction
and installation of public improvements as set forth in the
Agreement is of benefit to the Redevelopment Project Alpha
Project area.
2. The Agreement is hereby approved and the Chairman is
hereby authorized to execute, and the Secretary to attest to,
said Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
