�- A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS Ai11) CONDITIO',.vS
OF A AGREEMENT WITH DAiu W. HEIL AND
WILLIAM C. STOOKEY, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is
charged with the responsibility for redeveloping Project
Alpha; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Negotiation
Agreement" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared
whereby Dan W. Heil and William C. Stookey agree to

negotiate for the development of certain properties; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
IdOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by me this 20th day of September, 1977.
