AGENCY ACCEPTING THE TEPUIS AND CONDITIONS
OF Al; AGREEMENT WITH ��HE CITY OF Ai ' HEIi
A 7r AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Anahein, Redevelopment Agency and the City
of Anaheim did, on March 20, 1973, enter an agreement, which agree-
ment did establish certain City - Agency relationships; and
WHEREAS, said agreement was superseded by an agreement
between the City and Agency dated April 1, 1975; and
WHEREAS, changed conditions necessitate a further modi-
fication of that relationship; and
WHEREAS, a revised agreement has been prepared to define
the relationship as modified; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to and in the best interest of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement be, and they are hereby, accepted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be, and they are hereby, di-
rected to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of September , 1977.
