WHEREAS, the Anahei-m, :Redevelopment Agency is in need
of engineering services; and
TME an agreement, entitled "Agreement for Engineer-
ing Services for Fiscal Year 1977-78" (hereinafter Agree has
been prepared whereby Willdan Associates will provide such services;
and
TAI - Eie terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anahei-rm Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THLIERZFOREE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ter. and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim, Redevelopment Agency.
