A RESOLUTION OF THE A14AHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH COAST ELEVATOR COMPANY
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of elevator maintenance service; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Elevator
Maintenance Service" (hereinafter Agreement) has been prepared
whereby Coast Elevator Company will provide such service; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
