A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL
SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has
previously entered into an agreement for legal services
with Eugene B. Jacobs, a professional corporation; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
said agreement; and
WHEREAS, a document entitled "Amendment to
Agreement for Legal Services" ( "Amendment ") has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Amendment
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
