AGENCY APPROVING THE TERI'IS AND CONDITIONS
OF Aid AGREEIiE'Nl WITH D014AHUE AND COMPANY, INC...
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WIIEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of appraisal services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "First Amendment
to Agreement For Appraisal Services" (hereinafter Agreement)
has been prepared whereby Donahue and Company, Inc. will
provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is anDroved and signed by
me this 30th day of August , 1977.
