A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH CONVERSE DAVIS DIXON
ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of soil engineering and consulting services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement For
Soils Engineering Consulting Services" (hereinafter "Agree -
ment ") has been prepared whereby Converse Davis Dixon
Associates will provide such service; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 30th day of August , 1977,
