A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON
BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
(Ricks and Ricks)
WHEREAS, the Project Area Committee (PAC) is in
need of legal services; and
WHEREAS, Ricks and Ricks, a partnership, is able
to provide such services to PAC; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement For
Legal Services" has been prepared whereby Ricks and Ricks
will provide such legal services to PAC; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
agreement are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 30th day of August , 1977.
