A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
AGENCY PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is the owner
of certain real property; and
WHEREAS, Agency desires to convey to the City of Anaheim
said real property which is described as follows:
The Southerly 23.19 feet of Lot 11 in Block "G"
of "subdivision of Vineyard Lot D -3 of Anaheim ",
in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 34, page 592 of deeds, in the
office of the county recorder of Los Angeles
County, California; and
WHEREAS, a Corporation Grant Deed has been prepared
whereby said real property is conveyed to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said deed on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of Auizust , 1977.
