A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL
TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of a fiscal agent; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association will
act as Fiscal Agent for Redevelopment Project Alpha Tax
Allocation Bonds, Series A; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of August , 1977.
