A RESOLUTIONd OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING A PROPOSED FIRST IMPLEMEN-
TATION AGRuEMENT IMPLEMENTING THE CONTRACT
FOR SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND SHAPELL GOVERNMENT HOUSING, INC.;
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAID FIRST
IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ")
is engaged in activities necessary to execute and implement the
Redevelopment Plan (the "Redevelopment Plan ") for Redevelopment
Project Alpha (the "Project "); and
WHEREAS, in order to implement the Redevelopment Plan,
the Agency has agreed to sell certain real property (the "Property ")
to Shapell Government Housing, Inc. in the Project, pursuant to
the terms and provisions of a Contract for Sale of Land for Private
Redevelopment; and
WHEREAS, the Agency and Shapell Government Housing, Inc.
mutually desire to enter into a First Implementation Agreement in
order to amend certain terms and provisions of such Contract for
Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
1. The First Implementation Agreement to the Contract for
Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment is hereby approved.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute
the First Implementation Agreement to the Contract for Sale of
Land for Private Redevelopment and further authorized to take all
steps, and to sign all documents and instruments (including, but
not limited to, the Grant Deed), necessary to implement and carry
out the provisions of the First Implementation Agreement and the
Contract for Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment on behalf of
the Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
