A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI I REDEVELOP�']ENT
AGENCY AWARDING $30,000,000 BONDS OF SAID
AGENCY.
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for the opening
of bids for the $30,000,000 bonds of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, designated the "Redevelopment Project Alpha Tax Alloca-
tion Bonds, Series A" (the "Bonds "), and numbered A -1 to A -6000,
inclusive, only one bid was received, which was publicly opened,
examined and read.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
SECTION 1. The bid of Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner
& Smith Inc.
attached hereto and narked Exhibit "A," specifying the purchase
price for the Bonds plus accrued interest to the date of delivery
and the interest rate per annum, being the only bid for the Bonds,
is hereby accepted and the Bonds awarded to said bidder in accord-
ance with the terms of its proposal.
SECTION 2. The interest rates on the Bonds are hereby
fixed at the rates set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto.
SECTION 3. The Treasurer of the Agency is hereby di-
rected to deliver the Bonds to the successful bidder upon pay:i.ent
therefor including accrued interest to the date of delivery.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
