A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPA'IENT
AGENCY APPROVING AND RATIFYING THE EXECUTION
OF CERTAIN REN^1AL AGREEMENTS BY THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, Section 401 of the By -Laws for Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency provides that no person shall have
power to bind the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to any
contract without prior authority by vote of the Agency
members; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment did, on
July 12, 1977 adopt Resolution No. ARA77 -50 which
Resolution authorizes the Executive Director to execute
certain short term leases of Agency properties; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director has, prior to
July 12, 1977, executed certain leases of Agency properties;
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to approve and ratify the
execution of said leases by the Executive Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby approve and ratify the
execution of those leases of Agency properties heretofore
executed by the Executive Director.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
